We’re committed to getting your order out as soon as possible. Orders placed within the continental U.S. will be shipped within 48-72 hours. If there’s any problem with meeting this turnaround (such as the item isn’t in stock), we will contact you. We will also directly contact those who have orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international locations with appropriate costs.

Shipping Costs (within the continental US): Up to $25: $7.95 $26-$50: $8.95 $51-$75: $11.95 $76-$100: $13.95 $101-$150: $16.95 $151-$200: $22.95 Over $200: 10% of order sales
Returns & Refunds
Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days for store/website credit or exchange. We do not provide refunds or cash back. Any damaged items can be returned for a full refund. All returned items must be returned in original, sealable and unused condition with the original packing materials. Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
To make a return or exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain this, please email us at info@homeandplanet.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We'll then reply back with your RMA # and directions on sending your return back to us. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA number.
Sales Tax
State sales tax (6%) is collected on all orders shipped within Pennsylvania.
